How do I subscribe to ModuMath Online Video?
ModuMath Online Video is available to educational institutions with an annual subscription. When your institution purchases a subscription, you are purchasing the rights for all enrolled students to access ModuMath Online Video content. Please contact us by phone for a price quote.

What are technical requirements to view ModuMath Online Video?
ModuMath Online Video uses Flash Streaming Video content. A high speed internet connection (DSL or cable, not dialup) is required to view the videos. Your computer should also have audio capabilities (sound card and speakers). If you do not have a recent version of the Flash Player, you will be prompted to download the free plugin for your browser. Any up-to-date web browser can display ModuMath Online Video. More...

I can't login. What shoud I do?
If you are having trouble logging in, first check that you are entering your username and password correctly. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so make sure the Caps Lock key is not on. If you have forgotten your password, contact your instructor.


What is the easiest way to implement ModuMath Online Video at my institution?

To give your learners access to ModuMath Online Video, you need to communicate two things:

  1. The web page address of the Basic Math and/or Algebra course. These are listed on the Content Links page.
  2. A username and password to login to the content page.

Once learners know the web page addresss and the username/password, they can view ModuMath Onlinve Video from any computer that has a high speed internet connection. They can also bookmark the pages in a browser or save the page as a desktop linik.


How can I use the links to ModuMath Online Video in my institution's online Learning Management System?
Just copy and paste the link(s) to ModuMath Online Video into your online course. If you are using Blackboard, you can import our optional Unit Tests.

I can't see the video on computers at my institution. Is there firewall problem?
Because ModuMath Online Video uses Flash video, your netword administrator must have enabled TCP port 1935 for RTMP. If you can see the video from your home computer, but not computers at your college, talk to your network adminstrator about enabling RTMP.


What do users need to view the Study Guide for each lesson?

Acrobat Reader 5 is required. If you have an older version of the Acrobat Reader, you will be prompted to download the free plugin for your browser.
